nachdem wir es geschafft haben, im falschen (vom travelguide vorgewarnten!) bus zu sitzen - die haben doch glatt am ticketschalter gesagt, dass man bei ihnen keine tickets nach shílín kaufen kann! also kaufen wir die tickets im bus - in der sogenannten touristenfalle ...wir zahlen nicht 25 rmb sondern 40 rmb, wir fahren nicht, wie angekündigt 2 stunden, sondern 3,5 ... weil wir dazwischen ja auch noch zum tempel fahren (und hoffentlich was kaufen - na sicher nicht!) james hat sich fürchterlich aufgeregt (ich mich nicht - 1. hab ich zeit, 2. hab ich eh nix verstanden, hihi!) gut, wir sind in die falle getappt - die haben aber echt geglaubt, dass wir so doof sind und mit demselben bus wieder nach kunming zurückfahren ... und die haben uns verfolgt, auf uns eingeredet ... aber diesmal waren wir schlauer ... und beharrlicher!
we got it! we sat in the wrong bus (just that kind of bus i was warned of in my travel guide!) - at the ticket counter they were that barefaced to tell us we can´t get the tickets for shílín at the counter! so we bought the tickets inside the bus - in the socalled tourist-trap ...instead of rmb 25 we paid rmb 40, and our trip didn´t last the promised 2 hours but 3 and a half hours ... because in between we stopped at a temple (where we should buy some stuff - surely not!) james was very upset (me not - 1. i had the time on my side, 2. i didn´t understand one word, hihi!)
okay, we fell into a trap - but really thought that we would be so silly to take the same bus back to kunming ... and they
followed us, talked at us ... but this time we were more clever ... and tenacious!
aber die tempelanlage war sehr schön!but the temple complex was very beautiful!
für mich war es deshalb auch keine verlorene zeit!so i didn´t feel that it was lost time!

shílín ist weltnaturerbe ...shílín is world nature heritage ...
... wir befinden uns hier auf ursprünglichem meeresboden, ...... here we´re standing on primarily seabed, ...
.... die felsformationen sind ca. 270 millonen jahre alt!... the rocks are appr. 270 million years old!

wir haben den vater auch gefunden (ist auf der karte nicht verzeichnet ... ist vielleicht gerade vom wirtshaus zurückgekommen!)we found the father, too (he´s not marked on the map ... maybe he just returned from the bar!)

ein sehr gelungener tag! übrigens ... die rückfahrt mit dem linienbus dauerte eineinhalb stunden!what a wonderful day! by the way ... our return journey took one and a half hour!
