wir kommen und gehen... (we are coming and leaving...)

diese vielen kleinen begegnungen spiegeln das eigentliche leben wider - wir kommen, um zu lernen und gehen wieder. wir müssen abschied nehmen und dies ist manchmal sehr traurig! wirst du diesen menschen jemals wiedersehen? was wir aber lernen können, ist im JETZT zu leben - weder vergangenem nachzutrauern noch über die zukunft zu grübeln. es ist wie es ist! abschied nehmen ist eine sehr gute übung, all das zuzulassen, was im moment geschieht und dann loszulassen, nichts und niemanden an einen zu binden!

all these little encounters mirror the real life - we are coming in order to learn and we are leaving, we have to say good bye and sometimes it´s very sad! will you ever see this person again? but what we can learn is to live at present - neither to regret the past nor to speculate about the future - everything is as it is! to say good bye is an excellent practice, to accept everything what happens right now and to release, not to commit oneself to someone else!
