zuerst gehts nach napa zur touristeninfo, wo ich einen wirklich super übernachtungstipp bekommen habe, mit eigener kleiner terasse und köstlichen weinen zum verkosten! da lässt sichs leben!for the first i drove to napa to get some information where to stay over night - and i got an excellent tip! a room with a small terrace and delicious wines for tasting! that´s the way i like it!
dann fahre ich richtung norden entlang riesiger weingüter ... i´m driving in a northward direction along huge vineyards...
und besuche das weingut "sterling" ... architektonisch interessant, erinnert ein wenig an griechenland....then i´m visiting the "sterling vineyard" ... architecturally interesting, somehow it reminds me on greece...
ja, wenn die karin a schluckerl wein trinken kann, dann gehts ihr gleich besser!if karin can take a sip of wine she feels much better!
das weingut hat eine außergewöhnliche attraktion: man fährt ja nicht alle tage mit einer gondel zu einer weinverkostung!the vineyard has an extraordinary attraction: not every day you´re going on a gondola lift for having a wine tasting!
da ist der reichtum zuhause ... springbrunnen, gondelbahn! na gut, musst auch 20 dollars für eine weinverkostung zahlen - von nix kummt nix!!here you can find wealthiness ... fountain and gondola lift!

ein kurzbesuch bei robert mondavi, die wissen gar nicht mehr, was sie alles mit ihrem geld anfangen sollen...a short visit at robert mondavi, they don´t know what to do with all the money they have...
...also investieren sie mal in kunst!...so, why not investing in art!
und zum abschluss ein gemütliches achterl auf der terasse...and as a great finish of the day i´m enjoying a glass of wine on my terrace...
